Patrick's journey began with being adopted by an Irish family, where he learned the values of discipline and hard work. In the year 2000, amidst the backdrop of the ongoing conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan, Patrick felt a patriotic calling and joined the Navy as an aviation machinist mate. However, the urgent need for qualified non-commissioned officers in the Army led him to transition from Blue to Green, extending his service to become a surgical tech in the operating room, supporting Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom over a decade of combined service.

Following his military tenure, Patrick ventured into the civilian world and pursued his passion for acting by enrolling at the New York Film Academy in Battery Park, New York City. Upon receiving his certificate in film acting, he transitioned into sales, leveraging his military discipline and acting skills to excel as a master closer in high-ticket items such as stocks, bonds, precious metals, and pre-IPOs.

Equipped with a VA home loan and savings accumulated from his extensive military and sales experiences, Patrick made a strategic investment in real estate, acquiring his first income-producing property in picturesque Laguna Beach, California. It was during this time that he crossed paths with a high-frequency derivatives trader with a Wall Street and Point72 Hedge Fund background, sparking a partnership that led to years of successful trading collaboration.

With a wealth of trading expertise under his belt, Patrick seamlessly transitioned back to Wall Street as a pre-IPO closer, utilizing his analytical trading approach to excel in the world of pre-IPO investments. As he advanced in his career, he made a strategic move into commercial investment sales, particularly in the fiercely competitive and lucrative market of New York City.

Today, in the final stages of his career, Patrick continues to thrive in the fast-paced world of commercial investment sales, where his unique blend of military discipline, acting prowess, and financial acumen sets him apart as a seasoned professional in one of the world's most competitive markets.
