Jonathan Marti is an investment sales professional with years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting, financial analysis, business development, and transaction execution. After spending more than a decade abroad building experience across various industries, he returned to the United States in 2025 and has been involved in the closing of more than $50 million worth of investment grade commercial real estate transactions.

At Highcap Group, Jonathan works alongside both property owners and investors to identify opportunities, unlock value, and achieve shared investment objectives through a collaborative and hands on client-focused approach.

Jonathan holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Business, Management & Economics with a concentration in Information Systems from SUNY Empire State University.
