As an experienced real estate professional with over two decades of successful investment sales and acquisitions, Alex has worked across the New York metropolitan area and sold over a thousand apartments in the other states. He is experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and has worked on deals involving a diverse range of assets including multi-family, retail, office, hotel, and developments. He has completed transactions with aggregate sales of over half a billion dollars.

Alex balances an energetic, collaborative, pro-active, and problem-solving approach in his work and values strong, long-lasting client relationships and contact, always putting people first. He is bi-lingual in Russian and English.
