With more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate investment sales, Alex specializes in multifamily, mixed-use, retail, office, hospitality, and development properties throughout New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, and select national markets.

Throughout his career, Alex has advised on commercial real estate assignments with an aggregate value exceeding $600 million, representing private owners, developers, family offices, and institutional investors. He is recognized for identifying off-market opportunities and structuring complex commercial real estate transactions.

Recent industry recognition includes being named a CoStar Power Broker (2025), receiving a CoStar Impact Award (2026), and earning distinction as a Spotlight Innovator in Commercial Real Estate by the New York Real Estate Journal (2026).

He currently serves as the exclusive advisor for one of Hartford's most significant transit-oriented redevelopment opportunities adjacent to Union Station.
