Alan understands the constant change in climate in the Investment Sales business, and has found his own unique way to adapt to it providing an exceptional experience to all his clientele. Alan makes each and every single process with each client fun, engaging, and most importantly; memorable. Alan started in the Real Estate business as a Rental Agent in a small boutique firm in Clinton Hill at the age of 20. He has worked his way up to understanding the business thoroughly and able to make a strong impact with sales, development, investment, and property management. Alan majored in Liberal Arts with a minor of Criminology at the Borough of Manhattan College. These curriculums have provided leverage in understanding the markets and people that he deals with and has helped him achieve some serious accomplishments at such a young age.
