Garnett considers himself to be a New Yorker through and through after having lived here for over two decades. He has extensive firsthand knowledge of the city’s neighborhoods having worked as a mover during his college days to serving as an instructor at various juvenile detention facilities throughout the city tutoring at-risk youth. He also spent some time in the finance industry as a stockbroker. These varied experiences have helped him realize that his true calling and passion is in real estate. Initially starting out as residential agent, he sought out a new challenge in the commercial real estate field.

Garnett is a graduate of the City College of New York with a degree in Economics with Finance specialization. He leverages his analytical skills to understand the needs of his clients in navigating the evolving commercial real estate sphere in New York and beyond.
